Jewline AI
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Jewline AI (“Jewline”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites, Telegram bots, APIs, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account and Telegram data: Telegram user ID, username (if available), and messages you send to our bots that are needed to operate subscriptions and support.
- API usage data: request metadata such as timestamps, model identifiers, token/usage counters, status codes, and IP-related signals used for abuse prevention and quotas.
- Payment data: when payments are enabled, limited billing identifiers from our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
- Support communications: messages and attachments you send to support channels.
- Technical logs: standard server logs for security, debugging, and reliability.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- authenticate users and manage API keys and plans;
- enforce quotas, prevent fraud and abuse;
- provide customer support;
- comply with legal obligations.
3. Model prompts and outputs
When you send prompts through the API, content is processed to generate responses via upstream model providers. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal data unless necessary. Retention of prompt content by upstream providers is governed by their policies and our configuration.
4. Sharing
We may share information with:
- infrastructure and model providers that process requests;
- payment processors (when billing is enabled);
- advisors or authorities when required by law;
- a successor entity if Jewline is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We do not sell personal information.
5. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Logs and usage metrics may be retained for shorter operational windows.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your choices
You can rotate API keys in the bot, stop using the Service, and contact support to request deletion or correction of account-related data where applicable, subject to legal retention needs.
8. International processing
Information may be processed in countries other than yours. By using the Service, you understand that such transfers may occur.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a new version on this page. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
